The industrial centre Ostrava of Homola Inc. is situated in Kuncicky municipal area. As a matter of fact, it used to be a former industrial estate of Vitkovicke stavby Ostrava which was taken over by our company in the middle of 2002. Later, our company started to carry on business with its trading partners here.
HOMOLA Inc. is a highly developing company, which can be easily proved by its wide choice of products as well as its significant investment decision that was made in 2002. This strategic step was the purchase of this area which was previously known as Vitkovicke stavby. At the moment it is called the industrial centre Ostrava.
Industrial centre Ostrava covers the area of 10 hectares and is located in Kuncicky municipal area. This locality is perfectly accessible by personal transport as well as freight transport. There is also a very busy road named Rudna near here. There are also two stops of Ostrava urban mass transportation (tram stop and bus and bus stop).
At last but not at least, our industrial centre is located next to Ispat Nova Hut which is actually one of the most significant companies in the Czech Republic. There is also a factory railway connecting the industrial centre with Ispat.
Homola Inc. offers its current as well as future customers the possibility to lease its production, warehouse and administrative facilities. The customers can choose the warehouse equipped with or without a crane.
